Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For personalized or custom-engraved items, please allow an additional 2-3 days for production before dispatch.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and custom-engraved pieces are final sale.

To maintain brilliance, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the Charis pouch provided with your purchase.
